  • My mother switched water delivery companies (crystal springs was the previous place) because of the unprofessionalism. She heard such great things from her sister but I guess my aunt was just lucky. My mother had to call Tyler Mountain Water each time she wanted water because they forgot/didn't have her on the pick up list. It makes. I sense. At least have the decency to call if you are running late or whatever the situation is. Why would someone want to be a customer of a place that constantly forgetting them? This is why my mom has recently stopped her service.
