  • flat rate movers have the worst customer service i have had to deal with in my life!!! please please do not use this company!! they are so used to being so unprofessional that they don't care that you are they are the most unprofessional people i have ever spoke with - derick, sean miguel (he said, he was the manager). i talked to miguel this morning and did not care of what they did not care that they didn't show up to deliver my things. i asked him if they're nationwide company or just locally and he hung up on me. i will be contacting the ceo of this company and BBB. Oh by the way, their grade on BBB website is F - hmm, I wonder why
