  • I have not been fully pleased while living at this apartment. Maintenance, some, are peeping toms, looking inside windows whether residents are home or not. I had an order for pest control to come in to spray for pest. They, Summerlin Entrada, allow you to choose if you want the person doing the job to come in while you are not home or not. Being that I did not have any issues before with them coming in without me there, I figured it to be ok. I get home that evening to find my toilet seat up, when I live alone, and my last bottle of BEER in the trash. I don't even know if they sprayed after seeing that my toilet was used and my beer gone. I complained to management and received nothing but an "I'm sorry and the situation will get taken cared of". They did not compensate my rent or utilities or nothing. My pain and suffering was not taken into consideration. I will NOT renew my lease here and live elsewhere. If you want someone looking in your fridge or peeping in your windows or even not get your packages, COME TO SUMMERLIN ENTRADA where your privacy WILL get invaded.
