I saw Spoofical the Musical and it was very entertaining. It was in a small and intimate theatre with comfortable seats. It appeared that every seat had a good view. There were skits lampooning many Vegas shows and icons. I will go see it again because I am sure that I missed some references. I disagree with J.S. from Boulder City that it is family-friendly. While there was no nudity, there were skimpy/tight costumes, adult humor, and adult imagery (penis anyone?) The adult content will require some explaining to children on the way home. The name is similar to Seussical the Musical which is a Dr. Seuss based show. This is not that show. This show is not for children.
I have also seen Las Vegas Live Comedy Club which is in a different theatre in the complex. There has been a permanent headliner for over a year: Edwin San Juan. The host and feature comedians vary and I have not been able to find out who they are in advance of the show. This information is not posted anywhere and even if you call the theatre, the customer service reps do not know. This is the theatre that does not seem to need a VIP upgrade to assure a good seat, unless you are going on a very crowded day - mostly holiday weekends.
