  • Mad Maids starts out ok but put them on a regular basis and good luck if they show up on time. I understand things happens so do tell me you are going to be late and don't say 20 mins. when you know you will show up an hour and a half late. Once they did show up they did a sub-par cleaning job because they were in a hurry and behind. When I was asked to comment, by Mad Maids, I gave my opinion and then heard nothing back. Just the same old thing over and over. Thankfully now I have excellent Ladies who actually care and show up on time.
