  • Everything here is so pretty, but the taste is always disappointing :( Having lived in France, I always crave French pastries and croissants like I used to enjoy out there. When I heard about Nadege, I was thrilled. I really wanted to like it, but I'm sorry to say this place is so not worth my money or calories. I've been here 3 times and tried various items: macarons, fancy cakes, sandwiches. Nothing ever tasted good. Seriously. AND none of the stuff here is cheap, either. Hey, I'll pay $$$$ for something good, but this, folks, is just not good. Also, the croissants are always too brown. They look overcooked. WTF? For this reason I've never ordered them. The only positives: the service has always been friendly, and the atmosphere is nice. Bummer about the food, though.
