  • BMV Books is a discount/used book store that really feels like a big box book store. There is no question that BMV takes advantage of its size, with 3 floors filled to the gills with books, comic books, dvds, cds and records. They do an excellent job displaying many of the discount books they receive, really earning the reputation as one of the areas most popular book stores. The downside is that the used book aspect of the shop is lost. I enjoy the feel of an old book, and in my opinion a used bookstore should emulate that feeling. BMV, while a great shop, is much more sterile of an environment. It's less of a critique, and more of a personal preference.
