  • I was highly dissatisfied with this locations customer service and the food. Firstly, it took our server between 20-30 minutes to address our table and the food took 40 minutes and up to be prepared and brought to our table. It was quite frustrating because my friend and I were extremely hungry. Our server was nice and apologetic but it didn't make up for the bad tasting food and incorrect items we were served. My "steamed" broccoli was crunchy and cold while my friends raw broccoli was warm. I received the wrong side dish and both our steaks were overcooked. The steak was lacking in flavor so much that we tried every sauce and it still tasted bland. When it came time to pay the bill, I wanted to speak to the manager because we weren't able to eat our food and certainly were not going to pay for something we couldn't eat. The manager gave us a discount but, did not comp the meal. Most restaurants will comp the customers meal if they couldn't eat the meal due to the taste. I shouldn't have to pay for disgusting food. We were also charged double for one drink. I was so frustrated at that point that I just left. The food was absolutely inedible and I will not be returning.
