  • Pat had been coming to our house for years. This year, I made an appointment two weeks in advance. She never showed up. I called a number of times to figure out the problem, and when I finally got in touch with her, she curtly told me that she no longer services my area (North Ahwatukee). When I asked her why she had confirmed my appointment, she hung up on me. Although she had done a fine job in the past, her recent unprofessionalism and rudeness need to be documented so future clients don't get burned.
