I brought both mine and my husband's iPhones here to get our screens fixed. The screens were replaced but other things were happening with our phones that hadn't prior to taking it there. My husband's camera was messed up. They tried to blame it on us saying we scratched it, and then tried to charge us to have that replaced. When I argued it wasn't like that prior to bringing it to them, they guy finally fixed it. Then comes my phone. My screen started to pop off. I called prior to me going in to make sure my phone was still under the 90 day warranty. The sales rep/associate told me I still had a week left. I come in 4 days after my phone call only to find out my warranty had run out. They person gave me the wrong information. And because they did a piss poor job fixing my phone, they wanted to charge me another $129 to fix my screen. I told the guy give me my phone I'm not paying $129 for that when it's clearly your company's fault for doing a bad job one, two giving me the wrong information. Then he tried to meet me in the middle and say he would only charge me $59. How about charge me nothing?! So now my phone screen is almost completely off my phone, it glitches because of it and I can't use it consistently. I will never take any of my devices there, nor will I recommend this place to anyone. Ripoff in my book.
