  • We have been to Snip-Its in the past. Spent a lot of money there for 5-10min haircuts. I have 3 girls and they love the lollipops given afterwards and the gimmicky toy at the end. I always buy the package and use it even for just "bangs". This time though I will not come back. Mainly because of how I was treated. I waited for 1 hr 15 min for a 5 minute haircut and the stylist Daniella "jumped" 2 boys in front of my one girl and didn't tell me until we waited for 45min already- and LIED blatantly in my face that they "were there earlier" when the nanny (who brought the 2 boys) told me she had just called to see at what time there would be two stylists in the shop- and she didn't even give their names or asked to hold their place! She didn't tell me until it was MY turn! How mad i was- I waited for at least 45 min to be told someone was going ahead of my little girl who came after me, a nanny who brought in 2 kids for haircuts AND told me she never put her name in to reserve a spot!!! And the stylist ALLOWED her to go ahead of me without her asking!!! Ridiculousness. Had she told me when I entered the store or right after she entered the 2 boys, it would have been okay and I would've come back another day (it was very busy for a Monday and just one Stylist)!!!! Howheir service has been declining recently- and more importantly the way they run their business has been suffering too. I predict it will eventually close. I am not one to post negative comments- usually I give them a chance to explain themselves. I called and left a message for the manager the next day and then followed up with a call later in the week and asked AGAIN to speak to the manager and I haven't heard back. So now it's been 1 wk later! So disappointing! I'm sorry to have to post this- everyone can have a bad day but this is unbelievable. And- I've been told in the past you can't "reserve" a spot unless It's a special event or a special needs kid! crazy - they are just full of excuses.
