  • This has to be the worst experience of dealing with a realtor and an owner. We absolutely loved the place, but had a terrible experience trying to rent it. IF you are looking to live here do not rent through Edward. He is by far the most inconsiderate prick I have ever came across. First, broke one of our blinds when we first moved in and said he would fix it and never did. He made us run our own credit score and everything. Never in my life have I ever had to do that for a place I was going to rent. Also, trying to get our deposit back was a nightmare and did not even get it all back. They made up that we had five blinds broken, carpet needed to be cleaned when we only had carpet on the stairs and always kept cleaned. People would ask us how much we paid to live in our place and we would tell them and they would be in complete shock. They also said Edward raises the prices depending on who he is talking to. He is the biggest nightmare and YOU DO NOT want to deal with him.
