  • We have stayed here many many times and unfortunately this will be our last. They changed the hours for water park this year. Checking in we were told it wouldn't be open for winter break this year like last year. What a disappointment. We planned just to do that... Stay at water park. I wouldn't stay here if I knew it was closed. The cost of hotel and resort fee when you can't use the pool is over priced. Our room needs a MAJOR cleaning. Mold in shower. Stains on carpet. Can't keep paying same price for lower service and standards. Shame. Next February we will find somewhere else to spend our winter break.
