DONT BUY A GROUPON FROM THIS PLACE...unless you like wasting your time and throwing your money away. I called 6 times over a course of 2 weeks, before I received a text asking what I needed. I responded I was interested in getting my eyelashes done. A week later I received a phone call from her scheduling assistant saying they needed at least 2 weeks notice (I have now spent 3 weeks just trying to get an appointment) and still they couldn't get me in even with a 2 weeks notice.I was told that he would call when something was available. I also was told I need to be patient and understand their dilemma, they sold so many Groupons! I thought I was the customer, and perhaps they should undstand their customers needs and not sell so many Groupons if they cannot fulfill their end of the deal! Needless to say, no call back and the special occasion I wanted the lashes for came and went! ( this is now 6 weeks from my first contact) My Groupon has now expired. My recommendation is a -0, however that option is not available! If this is how bad their customer service is, can you imagine how bad the lash service would be?!
