  • Second time I have been. The first time was Valentines Day, it was packed, the service was terrible so I just thought maybe it was a bad day. Second time we planned a family dinner with our daughter and her husband and our son. Service was TERRIBLE. First thing we get seated, and the hostess stands their holding our menus for about 5 minutes and says nothing to us, after a few minutes we are all sitting there like what is going on.... She finally speaks and says she is waiting for our server, finally our server gets there and the hostess gives the menus to our server for our server to hand them to us. We order our drinks, 4 of us order drinks my daughter just wanted water, 4 of us got our drinks fast, the water took about 15 minutes longer to be served wtf? Meanwhile another server at another table drops a bowl of mashed potatoes all over the floor, some other person comes and tries to sweep them up, I nearly died laughing. So the food is good.... The meat is excellent. It's all you can eat, they didn't come take our dishes when we were finished, I stacked a few in the empty spot and they sat there pretty much the whole meal. We order desert, we order desert all 5 of us. They bring the desert out which is also delicious, but they put candles in 2 of the three birthday deserts sit them in front of us, we have no silverware for about 5 minutes, we figured they were going to come back and light the candles?!? We sat and waited purposely to see how long it took for people to even notice, we finally flagged someone down to bring us silverware. Anyhow the food is good, our bill was $348...if I'm going to spend that kind of money I expect excellent service. We won't go back for a 3rd time.
