  • Salesman left msg on my phone few weeks ago that g mgr wold be calling. I replied & left msg, yes, call me. Nothing yet. This was first contact from sales or anybody from Penguin since install even though installer, qc man & sales said they would call to clear up problems. Now I see that Yelp, likely through Penguin has decided my review/statements about this company are irrelevant & my review is now on the 'backburner'. So much for voicing concerns on Yelp!
