  • If I could give 0 stars I would. I was on hold for the pharmacy department for 1 hour and 17 minutes before I gave up. This is ridiculous! Either hire more people for your pharmacy department or don't even have a phone number which gives unsuspecting people the hope that they'll actually get to speak to a live person. Pathetic.
