  • My husband and I recently moved into The Pennsylvanian on a short-term basis due to significant construction delays at our new residence. During this last-minute change, Laura Milholland, Leasing Specialist, provided us with "exceptional service" that ensured a smooth transition when moving into The Pennsylvanian. Laura took the time to answer all questions in a professional manner, and provided me with a thorough tour of the building. Yulia and Loretta also provided excellent service, along with Bob, at the main front desk, the valet parking and maintenance staff (Bret, Ron, Mike). All staff members are extremely friendly, and have made us feel welcome. When we moved in, the apartment was immaculate and to "Welcome Us Home ", a bottle of wine with glasses were on the counter along with bottled waters and welcome notes with packets of useful information in the drawers. The newly renovated areas combined with the exquisiteness of the historic features makes The Pennsylvanian an attractive place to reside. The Pennsylvanian sets a standard of excellence with their customer service and has gone above and beyond to welcome us to The Pennsylvanian.
