  • Don't be fooled. Staff is pleasant and nice (young), but do not have the experience or desire to run appropriately. Manager was there less than 6 months. Came back to check living quarters 30 minutes after dropping off and they had stuffed our large dog in small cage when we paid for suite. On pick up dog had feces on her obviously was not in clean cage of any size or let out frequently enough. Do not take your dog to Vegas. Leave with trusted local kennel. These guys will not do or say what is advertised but will easily leaves you to believe all is good. If only dogs could talk.
