  • My stay at this hotel was not so pleasant. I will not stay at this hotel again. Check in lines are really long. Took me over 1 hour to check in. I upgraded to a room with a view and it was not worth the extra money I spent. When I walked into my assigned room housekeeping was still in there cleaning it. The lady asked me to go back down and wait 10 more mins for her to finish cleaning. As if it was that easy with my family and luggage to parade around until she was done but I had no choice. In my opinion this hotel is much too far to walk to center of the strip. You'd have to shell out extra cash to take the monorail or a taxi. In my opinion it takes forever to walk through this hotel it is way to big. I noticed this hotel was understaffed. They need more people to help ease the long lines and wait times at check in. One positive thing I can say about this hotel is it was clean. The casino the pool area the bathrooms and any other place I went to was clean. One last thing, there is no organization or order when you drive up to the hotel. The Mandalay Bay has a great order and ease when you drive up to it. MGM is pure madness!
