  • Selection of beer, wine, and spirits is second to none. They also have the lowest prices I've found, and this fact alone would make me a fan based on my thriftiness. But there's more...customer service is top notch as well with friendly, knowledgeable sales staff, and they even have free samples at their tasting area. Whats not to like, with the possible exception of the general inconvenience of shopping at a brick and mortar store. In the past, I ordered wine from an online service for convenience, but I kept getting bad and overpriced bottles of wine. At Total Wine, at least I'm in control and this makes it a better overall value for me :-)...
