  • Horrible place!!! Staff is disrespectful, uneducated and to top it off rude don't waste your time coming here and giving these people your money. I myself work in the medical field and understand that this field is meant to be for caring compassionate people who care about others well being if you do not have the heart to help others then you shouldn't force it upon yourself. Its so sad to see someones business going down the drain because of the staff. I came in with my son as a new patient and it took them over 30 min to even acknowledge the fact that I was even sitting in the waiting room when I finally stood up to ask if I needed to fill out any paperwork the girl in the front desk rolled her eyes at me and said she would call me up when it was my turn she then turned around to her co-workers and proceeded her conversation of how she meet her boyfriend. I was shocked so I asked to speak to a manager on duty (still keeping my calm) she turned around and stated the manager was busy and to please wait my turn (may I add I was the only person there at the moment). So I sat down waited 45 min got paper work signed and returned it to them just so they would tell me the wait time was about 20 min. I asked why if I was 15 min early to my appointment to fill out any paperwork that was needed before my appointment ( at this point I was irritated ) her answer : The Dr. Is busy So I sat down and heard how they stated It was people like me the reason why NOBODY likes HISPANICS!!!! Really????? That was all it took and I hit my breaking point got up left the place. (What I really wanted to do was walk up to them and explain how it's people like them who make this world a horrible place to live and maybe drag her ass to the parking lot and show her the real reason why now she was gonna really hate Hispanics... But I remembered I was way more educated and better and I will never let anyone put me down over my race I stand proud for who I am and will always set an example for my children of what's the correct thing to do) I have since then found a new office with polite staff who actually know what they are doing and are by far the most caring and educated individuals.
