The facility is fine as far as equipment available and there is a pool. The best part of my experience was the personal training that I had for several months from Drew. The workouts that he set up basically revolutionized how I go about with weight lifting and flexibility exercises. I have moved out of a plateau that I was at in terms of weight levels, and he helped me key in on certain muscles which I had pretty much ignored in the past. This type of training is not cheap but I recommend it at least for the program that runs up to six months.
