  • I was freaking out over my shattered cell phone screen and reached our to CPR for help. I took my phone in but had problems locating the store. It had moved to a different location than the website listed. A phone call to them took me to a different location within the Arboretum. The store rep greeting me was friendly and efficient. I came in as the store opened and was given a 2:00 time to pick up my repaired phone. I returned at 2:30 after having some appointments to meet. The phone wasn't ready and I sat another 45 minutes waiting. That was unexpected and frustrating but I had no other option. When I finally was able to leave my phone looked and worked great. Judging by the number of customers coming in and out when I was there , CPR has a very positive reputation for quality work.
