rev:text	I went to this West Warm Springs Rd, Las Vegas AAA Travel Services for assistance booking a San Diego vacation as I'd done for decades at another AAA branch. Upon entering I was not greeted. Then a dark haired woman, sitting closest to the entrance,looked up and called me to her desk. She was curt, "What do you want?". Politely I said I was there "to book a vacation to San Diego and see what packages were available for the extras". The woman said, "I can't do that." She said nothing else. I said I spoke with a very nice man "Christian" the night before and he had said to go to the West Warm Springs AAA office where they could show me what was available and book the vacation for me". I said that I had spoken with Christian who directed me to visit an AAA Travel Center directly so if she cannot help me who could? I asked if Christian was available. The woman said, "No, no one can help you". I was surprised and left very disappointed. Following the weekend, I visited another AAA Travel location. I was greeted well and given an appointment for the next day. I arrived 1/2 hour prior to my appointment. The agents at this new location were exactly as I expected: friendly, energetic, and I left confident that my vacation will go off as we planned. The West Warm Springs AAA Management needs to train their employee(s) about a decent attitude and how to do the Travel Services job properly. I lost 4 days time of reserving my vacation at a popular resort during the areas peak season.
