  • Called to make an appt. with the service dept to purchase and program a key fob. The service manager I spoke with (Robert) said that I can drop my car off Saturday morning, and they may or may not get to it by the end of the day. WOW. I knew with Dodge's reputation for mechanical issues that the service dept would be busy, but all day to "possibly" program a key fob. Ridiculous.
