I can only speak to my one experience, but unfortunately it'll probably be my only. We came in late Saturday morning. It was busy as expected, we were seated after a bit. Then it took quite a while to get menus and even longer to get coffee, which was old and cold. We finally ordered and my egg yolks were hard and the whites were runny. No seasoning on the eggs, I'm not sure what the sausages were made of, but I hope it wasn't pork. The potatoes were well seasoned, but cold. My wife's breakfast was totally dry, unseasoned and cold. I think it was supposed to be a frittata. I'm giving two stars instead of one, because I'm sure my experience wasn't typical. I did see a few other plates go back to the kitchen though.
