  • After work today on Christmas Eve..I come into the store, tired in a hurry lost since I haven't been their before. I walk up towards the cashier. Who is helping a customer talking. I have already made eye contact with both of them..since it wasn't a customer it was an employee. At this point they still haven't said anything ...no greeting..I ask where I could find the spa special..robe etc...she said oh yah we been sold out..I said oh ok...and before I could ask if they had anything like it. They turned their heads and starting talking again. Keep in mind customer service sales..nope It wasn't even close to closing..
