  • Had a great experience at Bed Bath and Beyond today. I bought a comforter a few weeks back. Went to wash it today. Pulled it out of the washer and it was torn up! Ugh. I didn't have the receipt, so I figured I could exchange it. The employee I dealt with was so friendly. She actually explained she could refund my $100 if I had the original receipt. So stoked!! They have such a awesome return policy and really helped me out. Usually when I cruise around the store, employees will come up to me and ask if I need help. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I could get lost in the store looking at all the items. The only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is because some things are a little pricey.
