  • Came in to get a passport renewal for my daughter. One of the staff at front (lady with red hair), called me up handed me a couple of kleenexes and sternly told me to keep my toddler's mouth covered when coughing because they were all ill during the winter time. I was taken aback by the her rudeness. After such effort trying to get my husband out of work, my daughter out of school and hauling my toddler with us, this truly dampened our already frustrating experience ultimately being hassled by someone so obnoxious. You would think having processed/helped so many people with acquiring passports that she would have a kinder or more patient heart. What an unfortunate experience and a poor excuse of someone working in a field where you have to deal with others.
