  • TERRIBLE! Do NOT trust this company! I had this company come out for just a routine check up.The tech told me that there was a laundry list of problems with my units- which are top of the line. $500 for this... $800 for that... All told, the total came to $1,800 and he said that I would be better off just getting their 5 year plan at $1,600. I wanted to get a second opinion and had someone else come out who took a video of what he found in the attic. He said that the Emergency Air tech couldn't have even looked at the coils which he said were so filthy, because the coil area was still completely sealed up. Video does not lie! I ended up needing only $125 worth of maintenance. This company is untrustworthy!!!! I would give them negative stars if that was possible.
