  • Horrible service. Wiated over 17 mins just to be able to report my roadside needs. Then tild it would be 60 mins foe someone to cime change my flat an hour and 15 I call back and hold another 10 mins for an update to be tild it qould be another 20 to 30 wait in the Arizona heat to be told by the customer service rep with no customer service skills your car an still run its only a flat turn on the air. Well I have been sitting in a car for over an hour it is now overheating. Going to check out other roadside services this isnt worth it gold plus member services my A$$
