  • Awesome customer service. Liz is amazing to work with. I had a landscaper install product they purchased from SYNlawn. I am disappointed with the way the turf looks after a bit of use. Liz came to my home and is now working with the landscaper to fix my problem. That is amazing customer service. Their company did not even install it but yet they are willing to help me out. I wish I had known about them before I hired a landscaper on my own to do the job. I recommend anyone to not only buy their product but to use their installers as well.
