  • I called Ryan today @ 3:00 pm, told him the details of my non working hot water heater. Ryan informed me of what the problem was but stated that he probably would not be able to pick up the part before the wholesalers closed, and would be out 1st thing in the morning. Ryan sensed the apprehension of my chattering teeth from taking a cold shower, and he said "let me call you back in 5 minutes". In less than 5, he said he was able to find the part and would be at my home by 4:15 pm (1 hr 15 min from my 1st call). Sure enough, by 4:15 Ryan arrived, was very cordial and extremely informative. By 5:00 pm he had the repair completed, gave me a quick primer on how to drain the unit (while actually doing the draining!!) and even added a pvc assembly that was forgotten in the original installation at NO CHARGE!! The area was left far cleaner than when he started, I was charged a very reasonable price, and am now swimming in hot water!! Ryan's company name may be Second Opinion Plumbing, be he is hands down our FIRST CHOICE!!!
