  • I love Sprouts and the produce but this location has some employee's who really are below standards for any area. I can't tell you how many times I have been disgusted with how rude some of them have been. There is a few who are exceptional and one example is Lorie or Laura (sorry on the spelling) she really helped me with a nutritional supplement I needed and took a lot of time showing me and discussing my options. Where the problem comes is when I try to check out. So many cashiers only care about either getting out of the store on break to smoke or ending a shift. Also, the turnover in the store proves there is a problem. Another example of how this store doesn't perform well was my Thanksgiving order. They left out many things from my order (rolls, gravy) and I found out they just add stuff from the floor stock (which I guess its OK but for the price it kind of sucks) just buy the stuff individually and get a better deal. When I asked about the missing stuff over the phone I was told everything was in there when I left the store. Really? So with that and the treatment I will avoid this location and NEVER do another holiday order with Sprouts. EDIT= Here is from another Yelp posting "Last time I left I walked past 4 employees sitting in the truck in the front row all smoking. It was a cloud of smoke in the front row of a packed parking lot" This is better than what I have seen. They stink of smoke and most times are smoking near the front door. It's disgusting and hey you want to kill your lungs and sooner or later want to be gasping for air that is your business but don't do it around me or where I am supporting your job.
