  • I would not recommend. Yes, they have newly remodeled units, but if you value your shower time and hard earned money don't do it. The water is consistently being shut off - most of the time they send notices before hand (this happens about once a month) but other times your water is just off without notice. This morning as we were getting ready for work, we had about 5 minutes before the water just started getting lower and lower until we had no more water. No email or notice about it being shut off. We don't have water currently to get ready for work and it's a TOTAL inconvenience. It's just not acceptable. We have also been charged $50 for not putting a fire extinguisher out for refill - we didn't get an email until 9am that same morning when we were already gone to work. Managers told us they could only refund us half of that, still not acceptable. The only thing I can say is that they are quick to respond to maintenance issues.... We live in a 1 bedroom with our young daughter and we pay almost $1,000/month. We will not be renewing our lease. In fact, breaking the lease has become a consideration just recently. There are plenty of other locations nearby for less with better service. Take your hard earned money to another location.
