  • If I could give this establishment a 0, I would do so. Today ,when I picked up my order, I realized the white sweater I brought in was now gray, a designer blouse had a bleach like stain (which was not there upon my dropping the item off.) After the clerk tried to blame me for the item being brought in in this condition, she conceded that at times the dry cleaning process leaves such stains when the dry cleaning chemicals react to stains on the item. I had specifically pointed out three stains to the intake clerk. Never again will I use this establishment. I suggest you not either.
