  • I had the pleasure of staying at this centrally located hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I travel frequently for work and have a good sense for a good hotel. First, the location is ideal. The night I visited, I had tickets to a Cavs playoff game. The arena is a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The Indians' stadium is also a 3 minute walk. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Cleveland and convenient to just about everything. The hotel bar was lively but not raucous. The food was good and the service was as well. Linda, the Sales Director, was as friendly a personality as I have encountered in my travels. The bar staff was great. The parking personnel were wonderful. The rooms were nice. If you're looking for a great location and wonderful staff, this is for you.
