  • I made an appt. to take care of a recall I received for my Silverado earlier in the summer for emission issues. I specifically said multiple times that my need to go through emissions for license renewal was the impetus for doing so. Said work was done and two days later after a hot, half hour wait in line I promptly failed the test, them saying the computer had not reset properly. Returning to the dealer I was told for the first time I needed to drive 25 to 50 miles before all was again in order and I had only driven 14. Apologies were offered, yet I only describe my irritation in hopes that this may save someone else from the same aggravation I am experiencing as I go to the DMV yet again this week.
