  • I don't know how to evaluate my after sale experience. first of all, the sales girl was very nice, however she put down the wrong item when we checked out, so we bought 4 different chairs from what I originally wanted. we didn't know, until my bf picked them up from the warehouse. I didn't go, and everyone know guys don't have sharp sense of color scheme and style. so, he simply didn't realize those are not the chairs we wanted to buy, until later I came home and told him. Fortunately, the color nd style of the "wrongly" ordered chairs turn out matching my dining table. so, I decide not to go through all the hassles to return them. however, he told me the waiting at the warehouse was seriously too long, like an hour, with the dispatch ticket printed, coz I called in advance. so, thumbs down to the dispatch team. I couldn't imagine how disappointed I would be if the chairs don't match and we had to return them, the original chairs I wanted might not be available anymore.... long story short, it is a great store, but watch out what you have ordered was what you wanted lol
