  • The food is okay, but the service is slow and friendly to slow and rude. It just shouldn't take an hour to get out a chicken parm or a couple of pizzas. If it truly is a busy night and you actually do need an hour to make my food, tell me! Don't tell me 30 minutes and then start my order when I get there! Then, when you've screwed up (again!) and I'm waiting on an uncomfortable little bench in a hot, cramped waiting area no bigger than a closet, offer me a drink, or something off my bill or what have you. Don't act like it's my privilege to be there.
