Terrible customer service, they are just Sales people there, in just for the money they do not even care for dogs so much, they are temperamental and moody and have terrible customer service skills. They tried to sell me all this unnecessary medicines and things for my dog eventually they just put a bandage, charged me $45 for it and within six hours the bandage fell off because it was not properly done and they refused to put a new one without charging me again.... this is the first time this happens I have had good experiences at other Banfield's for the last nine years but this one is an exception, I would avoid this location, especially Dr. Kimberly Young or her assistant.
