  • I bought a 04 Ford F-350 truck here (Trucks only) and got screwed and lied to through the hole buying process. They changed the agreement at signing by $40 a month. Was told the motor was bulletproofed. It's a 04 F-350 6.0 diesel. Turned out its not. Brought it in a few months ago 2or3 to have the drivers side hub replaced and 4 wheel drive check. Two months later I got this (see pictures)!! Turned out they never even changed the hub. I was told by Dave in service (service manager) it was replaced and 4x4 tested. It never worked from the 1st time I tried it and they say it's not there problem. I do not recommend buying shit from them. Chris Johnson was my lying salesmen nice guy, I liked him but turned out everything he told me about the truck was a lie. Now it's costing me $1000 in parts to fix it myself. I have not had it even a year yet. Nothing but problems. Was told by Dave in service hub and 4x4?was check and tested just 2 months ago. Finally needed the 4 wheel drive and this happened. Turned out that they never even replaced the hub. Look at pics looks original to me. All bolts were rusted on. Needed WD-40 to loosen up. These guys are scumbags. Total lying f-ers. Chris Johnson was my sales guy. Swore the motor was bulletproofed. I had it check by ford and it was also total bull shit to get a sale. Was offered $500 to go away and stop letting you know about the bad experience I had. They tried to pay me off to shut up. Just proves they were fully aware they knew they lied and caused me more issues.
