  • I want to move to Vegas so that I can visit this place every week. Many ramen places I've been to have soup base that is too salty, Misoya Tomi's ramen has beautifully balanced flavor and rich soup base made from real miso, which reminds me of the authentic ramen I had in Japan. The service was very quick and friendly. The server took her time to explain the ramen options and the differences in the 3 types of ramen (origin, popularity, flavor...etc.). Great escape from the strip for some authentic and reasonably priced Japanese cuisine.
