So they have some customer, who was supposedly "the customer" who was there in David's chair on the day I was left waiting, write a review, not about the salon, but about me. (Her review was not approved, so that's obviously for a reason)........She indicates that I had somehow called in "last minute" for my appt. How would she know? She's a customer????
( I called in at 9am for a 2pm appt.). Please scroll down to the bottom of their reviews, and click on the section for additional reviews, and it will show other recent reviews that basically mirror my latest experience in this salon. My review was honest and accurate. They are too busy now to give reliable, prompt, and timely attention to their customers. Tom the Manager is awesome. But that does not make up for the problems that their growth has caused. Please see my previous review for this salon below. I stand by my review. Sorry Greenfield Nails. But hopefully you can gleen some valuable tips on how to improve service. Some of your most recent reviews.....at the bottom of your page under other reviews .....indicate and express the same issues I had. Waiting time, and not being seen on time when you have a scheduled appt.
