  • Went to Big's on a whim to find a bed and a chest - had a good sales rep named Paul - he pointed us in the right direction and definitely didn't play the high pressure salesman. He worked with us on price and my delivery was scheduled for a week later. The guys get here and begin to bring in the furniture and there is a problem - apparently the boxed item isn't the model that will fit together in the frame I purchased. So I have a headboard, foot-board, the mattress but no frame to put it in. I call up the store asking what was up and what will be done and the best answer they give me is that its going to take 2 days even thought its in stock. To me that is crazy. Unless they pull some miracle I don't think I'd buy here again. A good price can only go so far if the things you get aren't even correct and they wont correct their mistakes quicker.
