I've eaten here several times and had an enjoyable meal but today was a 1-star experience! Service was poor. We wanted to order the breakfast burrito, but the waiter said he thought they were out of the green chile pork but would check for us. He didn't check, they just brought out the burrito without the main ingredient. No breakfast scones that they're supposed to serve on Sundays, we had to ask for them. No refills on coffee or water.
The kicker for me was when I tried to change my 1-year-old son in the bathroom, and there was no baby changer. My husband checked the men's bathroom and there wasn't any in there either. I asked the hostess where I could find a bathroom with a baby changer and she said: "we don't have one, this is usually a place for adults. But you can just change him on the couch in the ladies bathroom." Ummmm ok. If you have a kids menu and high chairs then you should assume a baby will need a diaper change at some point. It seems silly to me to not provide a baby changer in the bathroom stall because you're such a high class adult destination but then you'd rather me change my baby on a plush couch in the ladies room in full view of people trying to wash their hands. Wtf! Also the whole point of the changer is that there's a strap so the baby can't roll off. It's not safe for her to be suggesting to change a baby on an elevated surface where you can't secure them and they can fall off. We most likely won't be returning here anytime soon.
