  • I am a little disappointed with the service I received today. I had a follow up appointment to see how the progress was from the prescriptions (Elidel and Loprox Shampoo) that I was prescribed. I used these before with success since I have had this problem for 15 years. They do not take my insurance so I paid out of pocket. First visit was $115 which I did not have a problem paying since I received treatment. The doctor I saw wanted to see me in two weeks. I showed up today and my appointment consisted of looking at my face and asking me how everything was working. Everything was working fine, so what a waste of an appointment. Not only was this a waste of an appointment, they never disclosed to me a follow up appointment would cost $90 (considering I was paying out of pocket). Bad business practices will have a negative affect on your business, just an fyi! The doctor was nice and knowledgeable but why would I show up for a follow up appointment and pay $90 if everything is ok? Otherwise, I would not have made a follow up appointment if I knew I was going to be charge $90 to have a discussion with the doctor.
