  • Every time I've come here to return gifts without receipts they have always helped me out with exchanging for store credit or other products. I really appreciate that customer service and them not making a big deal out of receipts. Being a teacher I tend to get lots of products from here and I don't always like the scent given. Today I went in because I had two wallflowers which the wallflower scent was not going down when plugged in and it no longer had a scent. I just wanted to ask them about it. I was pleasantly surprised when the saleslady helping me offered to exchange it for a like product of the same price. Courtney the manager told me they have a lifespan of one year and then they burn out. I didn't know that. She could have just said to buy a new one but instead let me exchange it. That's really good customer service! Thank you!
