  • Great experience. I called around 11am and Jim was at my house before 2pm. Irma, their dispatcher, kept me apprised of when to expect him. Jim was professional, did a thorough check, let us know everything that was causing the issue and had it all fixed quickly. I will definitely use Mason Mech from now on.
